Notes
Matts Notes:
This was recorded by Don Amick. It was always beleived that Pat Lee had the lowest circulating gen but it turns out Pat got his from Matt Williams who also lives up here in the Pacific Northwest. In fact, it was Matt who held one of the mics during the Garcia Band 3-6-76 Moore's show and taped the 3-3-76 Eugene. I was able to transfer Matt's reel a while back and now I'm sharing it with all of you.
My notes:
Once again big thanks to Matt

The insanity continues pretty much throughout the 2nd set, though the sound worsens a bit. Everything is amazing, with the Truckin' & Other One a true gem.
Sound-wise, this is not really one you want up too loud. There's hardly any bass to be found, though Phil's higher frequencies are nicely audible. The upper midrange is harsh, and the whole thing goes just a bit beyond warm and into muddy. Reminds me of a lot of "good" tapes from 1970. But it's great anyway.
